These Terms of Service govern the access and use of software platforms, API endpoints, digital ticketing services, and SaaS applications provided by AI7 LLC, a high-tech company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

2. Description of Services

AI7 provides digital software products and computational services, including but not limited to:

• AI7 Voice AI (Tir Platform): Armenian and multilingual speech synthesis (TTS), automatic speech recognition (STT), and conversational voice agent APIs.
• AI7 Talent Intelligence: Enterprise candidate screening, resume parsing intelligence, and automated interview assessment software.
• AI7 Ticketing: Electronic event registration, digital ticket issuance, and access management platform.
• Custom AI/ML Solutions & Model Hosting: Dedicated deployment of domain-specific language models and small language model (SLM) architectures.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users and enterprise clients accessing API keys or SaaS management consoles must provide accurate, complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees, Billing & Virtual POS Payments

Services are billed in accordance with the published pricing schedules on ai7.am/pricing:

• Recurring SaaS Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance via credit/debit card (ArCa, Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer.
• Metered API Services: Billed based on consumption (per character/token or audio minute) through prepaid account credit balance top-ups.
• Digital Event Tickets: One-time payments processed electronically upon checkout.

All electronic card transactions are securely routed through licensed banking gateways (Virtual POS) in the Republic of Armenia in full compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

AI7 retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary model architectures, algorithms, and software codebases. Clients retain complete ownership and data sovereignty over their proprietary domain datasets, candidate information, and input data uploaded to our services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and all related contractual relationships shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
