1. Overview & Data Sovereignty Commitment

AI7 LLC ("AI7", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data protection, privacy, and confidentiality. As an Armenian high-tech software and AI R&D entity, we operate under strict security protocols to guarantee full data sovereignty for both enterprise clients and end users.

2. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Information: Name, professional email address, company name, phone number, and billing details provided during consultation bookings or subscription registration.
Payment & Transaction Records: Transaction timestamps, purchased plan identifiers, and payment status. Note: Credit/Debit card numbers are securely collected and tokenized directly by our licensed Armenian acquiring bank gateway (Virtual POS) — AI7 never stores raw card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.
Service Utilization Data: API request metadata (character counts, audio durations, latency metrics) for accurate billing and system health diagnostics.

3. How We Use and Protect Customer Data

Customer data is processed exclusively to deliver, maintain, and bill our software services. We adhere to a strict policy: We do NOT use customer training data, uploaded CVs/candidate files, or audio recordings to train public foundation models without explicit contractual consent.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or enterprise data. Information is shared only with certified infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Armenian banking partners for payment processing) strictly to the extent required to execute our services.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Enterprise clients have full control over data retention policies. You may request permanent deletion of account data, candidate records, or API logs at any time by contacting privacy@ai7.am.
